Impressive design and great project management
We contacted Archadeck to replace an existing deck that had started to deteriorate. We indicated what we wanted and Archadeck came up with a design with input from us. Actually there were several designs presented to us, each one simulated as if it were already attached to our house, so we were able to see what the finished product would look like. Although it was a fairly lengthy process, all details were discussed so we knew exactly what we were getting. When the construction started, we were kept informed with the progress, and were impressed with the caliber of the carpenter who was very competent and courteous. The carpenter and the Construction Manager were always available to answer any questions we had and were very accommodating. We were very impressed with the completed deck, and feel that up front planning, good design and management, and the competent carpenter were responsible for the good result.

Exceeded high expectations
Nova Decks has just completed a large deck and screened-in porch project for me. I would not hesitate giving them my highest recommendation. Fantastic, customer-oriented service
Looking for a deck and fence company was an interesting experience. I went out to 3 companies to check on three things that were important to me. Customer Service, Price, and Quality. During the process of finding a company, 1st company was completely rude and beyond pushy, over priced, but had probably a good product. The other company was highly priced but the customer services and product were good. Zebra Deck was FANTASTIC on all accounts. They had a great customer service, were reasonable priced and had the type of wood (treated, grade, and all) I requested. When I started the process they meet with my husband, but also emailed me to keep me in the loop. During the two weeks it took me to make my decision, they did not pressure me and continued to answer all my questions in the most professional and friendly manner. Once I notified them that we were going with their company, they were ready to start work the next day. The team who did both the fence and deck, work diligently to get both done within a week. This made my day as other companies stated it would take a month to complete both and would not be able to start for 3 weeks. The whole time they worked kept me in the loop to make sure I knew when inspections were needed and once they were passed. They also let me know the progress of where they were and if any issues came up. Overall, it was the best experience I had and I will definitely be using them again when I buy a house. If you are looking for a company, I would go with them. Companies like Zebra Deck are hard to find as I felt like they truly cared about the work they did and the customer support they give reflects it.

Exceptional modern design
Highly recommend this company!! We had Liam out to resurface our back deck and to replace our front stairs, railings, and resurface our front deck. He was wonderful to work with – and was able to take our vague idea of a more modern look and translate it into an amazing end product. Affordable and skilled craftsmanship
We recently hired Liam to fix our 20 year old deck, after talking to other big companies that quoted us over 30k to replace the entire structure (as fixing what we currently had wasn’t a big enough job for them) we were left feeling discouraged – but Liam was able to assess our decks condition and came up with a way to use the original structure and replace the deck boards, install a new railing, and treat the remaining wood to match the new deck boards. We are so happy with the end result, it looks like a brand new deck for a fraction of the other quotes we received.
