Friendly and very knowledgeable
Our heat pumps needed servicing for a while now and we had trouble finding someone to return our calls. I called Sweep Heat Pump Cleaning and spoke to Benjamin who went through the services they offer in detail. He explained so many things to me on our initial call and asked about other things in our house that might need servicing, such as they dryer vent and the HVAC system. He was able to schedule an appointment for me within a couple of days. I did have to push it back a few days and they have a scheduling feature on their website that made it easy for me to rebook (link to reschedule was also included in the email I received confirming the appointment). They offer a 2 hour window of arrival. He arrived within an hour of the initial time. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. One heat pump had lines coming down the wall from it. He found that the tray inside of the unit wasn’t installed properly. It was tilting in the wrong direction so it wasn’t draining through the hose but down the wall instead. He gave me advice on how to clean the stains off of the wall without needing to repaint it. He showed me how to clean the filters and explained how often they should be done (kitchen more often due to grease). He cleaned out the dryer vent and serviced the HVAC as well.
